If you have a kts MarketTerminal account set up, you're ready to connect now. Simply click the link below to log in, with no downloads, upgrades or installs:

After clicking the link above, follow these steps:
- The client access pop-up window is displayed, in which the username is usually your
company name and the password is the company
password. Type in your client logon details, and
click OK.
- if a message is displayed asking whether you want to close a web window, click Yes.
- The Launch Bar is displayed, which
enables you to start kts MarketTerminal
as an application, or as a dedicated terminal:
- if you want to run kts MarketTerminal as a dedicated terminal with the largest possible screen size, click the Terminal mode icon (:)
- if you want to run kts MarketTerminal in a window alongside other applications, click the Window mode icon (p)
- The Personal Logon window is displayed,
in which the username and password are your unique
details as supplied by KTS. Type in your personal
logon details, and click Go.
- After logging on, you should see the kts MarketTerminal Main Contents page, as shown below. The page shows any system announcements, alerts and user messages waiting for you, as well as a very quick 'Using kts MarketTerminal' summary guide.

Using kts MarketTerminal
Press F1 at the Main Contents page to see the online reference guide, which lists all the pages, shortcuts and commands you can use, as well as general kts MarketTerminal usage.
As a very quick guide to using kts MarketTerminal:
- Type a full stop into the green Request Box at the top right corner of the screen, then start typing what you want, for example .CHART. If you're not sure of what you're after, try guessing - if ktsMarketTerminal recognises a shortcut or command, it autocompletes like predictive texting on a mobile phone.
- Type .HOWDOI plus one word into the green Request Box then press ENTER to ask a question about something, for example .HOWDOI CHART.
- Press F1 to see online help for the page you're on.
- Press ESC to go back a page or quit online help.
- Press F2 to see the map, so you can overview the whole system structure and click wherever you want to go.
- Press F12 then F1 to go to the online help for Main Contents on page 100 (you are reading it now). It lists the commands, shortcuts, pages and quickkeys you can use - scroll down to see them.
- Click links for more information. Links look like this.
- Refer to the user guide. It lists the commands, shortcuts and pages available at the time of printing, and lists troubleshooting and technical support.
